This is literally a life changer. If I was only allowed to choose one supplement for the rest of my life it would be the pro carb. I always used other sources of carbs. Like cream of rice (sometimes upset my stomach) or sourdough with peanut butter, or rice cakes. Since using the pro carbs i feel much more feuled during my workouts to push to the end. Not feeling fatigued. I feel like I can push a bit harder. I also started using creatine at about the same time so it might be the combination fueling my workouts and making me feel very strong. I dumbell pressed 28kgs two weeks ago, this week I pressed 32kgs for reps while eating at maintenance calories. Love the pro carb. Highly recommend to anyone who really trains hard and is intentional with fueling pre- post- or during workouts.
